Consumable Products:
Unfortunately, consumable items cannot be returned due to health code regulations. However, we want you to be happy with your purchased products. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please reach out to admin@balenceco.com or give us a call at 702-703-4343 so we can try to make it right.
Non-Consumable Products:
You may return unopened products (or items containing a reasonable amount of the unused product), in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price (shipping charges are not refunded). Only unopened or minimally used items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund. Please email admin@balenceco.com for an RMA number. Before you can return ANY items, you will need an RMA number, otherwise your return may not be processed correctly.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact item purchased, unless the item is no longer available. If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged which is determined to be the cause of the defect, there will be a 25% restocking fee applied.
