Place under your tongue and hold for 30–45 seconds before swallowing for best absorption.

If you want CBD oil for your fur babies this place is the only place who has CBD oil that actually work on your babies. I guarantee it! I buy the 1000 mg and use 1/4 of a dropper for my small chihuahua 2 times a day, same goes for my crazy cats. I also had 3 small drops in their water dish.
